Flower Preservation Process

Whether it’s a wedding bouquet, a gift from someone special, or just flowers that hold memories — I’d love to turn them into something you can keep forever. 💐

At Me’raaj, every preserved piece is one of a kind. You can choose to turn your flowers into decor pieces, jewelry, keepsakes, or something totally custom — the possibilities are endless!

☘️ Step 1: Getting Your Flowers Ready

  • If your bouquet is fresh, trim about ½–1 inch off the ends of the stems at a diagonal (only near the bottom, not close to the blooms).

  • Gently pat the stems dry.

  • If your bouquet is already dried, you can skip this part!

  • Remove any ribbons, charms, or keepsakes that you don’t want to be part of your final preserved piece.

🌷 Step 2: Packing Your Bouquet

  • Wrap your bouquet loosely in tissue or packing paper, like you’d see flowers wrapped at a store — no need to separate each stem.

  • Please avoid plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels, as they can cause mold during shipping.

  • Line the bottom of your box with crumpled paper, place your wrapped bouquet in the center, and fill the gaps so it doesn’t move around.

  • Seal the box securely and write on it:

    • Your full name (same as your order)

    • A callback number

  • Adding a “FRAGILE” sticker is always a good idea 🌼

📦 Step 3: Shipping or Drop-Off

  • If your flowers are fresh, please overnight ship within 24–48 hours after your event.

  • If they’re already dried, you can choose a regular shipping option (still best to keep it quick!).

  • Preferred couriers: Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or FedEx

If you’re local, you can also drop off your bouquet in person at:

For small dried pieces (like a few petals or mini flowers), you can simply send them through lettermail 📬

🌼 Step 4: Creating Your Keepsake

Once your flowers arrive, I’ll carefully dry/press and preserve them, then turn them into your chosen piece — whether it’s a jewelry set, tray, accessory, or custom decor piece.

Everything is handmade at home in Ontario, created one piece at a time with care and love.

Each flower carries a memory, and I make sure your keepsake reflects that — beautifully and naturally. 🌿
